Vice President, Human Resources

Terry Beach
Vice President, Central Operations
Terry’s been with us since June 2002. Since she arrived, she has served as Manager of Credentialing, Director of Credentialing, Medical Delivery Systems, and Central Operations. She’s responsible for some of our core departments, including Data Integrity, Provider Relations, Recruitment, Contracting and Network Development.

Arun Bhatia
Vice President Information Systems
Arun has been on our team since October 2003, and takes care of MagnaCare’s Enterprise Processing systems, infrastructure and technology platforms so that we can meet and exceed our customer’s needs.

Jim Cusumano
Chief Financial Officer
Jim joined us back in 2003 as Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in December 2006. He is responsible for financial planning and analysis, business performance reporting and risk management functions.

Matthew Fienman
Vice President of Medical Economics and Chief Actuary
Matt’s been our Chief Actuary since 2004, and was promoted to VP of Medical Economics in 2006. He and his contracting team are primarily responsible for our contracts and relationships with our network hospitals.

Craig B. Greenfield

Craig’s been here since April of 2000 directs our Law Department. He makes sure that we’ve got all of our ducks in a row, in the legal sense.

Michael Jordan
Vice President of Sales, Account Management and Marketing
Michael came on our team in March 2008 taking on the role of VP of Sales, Account Management and Marketing. His primary responsibilities are driving new business growth, overall retention of existing business, and leading the sales team.

Vice President of Hospital Strategy
Gregg joined the organization in 2008 as our Vice President of Hospital Strategy, with a focus on strengthening MagnaCare’s relationships with its hospital partners.

Catherine Marino, MD, FACP, FACR
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Marino has been with us since December of 2002, and she is in charge of the network’s medical management, physician performance and utilization review.

Derek joined our team in April 2008, and is our VP of Business Development. He is responsible for strategic partnerships and new business creation.

Neil Salerno

Beginning in August 2004, Neil worked for us as an Implementation Consultant and served as a key player in the implementation of the Enterprise System. In September 2005, he became our full-time Director of Operations, a role that gives him responsibility for all aspects of operational performance and efficiencies including Customer Service, Claims, and Training & Quality.
