To kick off its rebrand, MagnaCare launched an extensive fact-finding stage, including a series of client roundtables and independent research, to determine the specific needs and expectations of its customers. From this, a strategic brand framework was developed to inform all communications. The result was a new logo, refreshed visual identity, and an updated website designed to maximize ease of navigability and streamline the user experience. The updated website features new web pages rich in content, presenting a more comprehensive view of the products and services MagnaCare offers, ultimately adding to the enhanced user experience.
