IVR Enhancements
The Claims Self-Service IVR now makes checking claim status faster and more convenient. When you use the IVR to check the status of a claim, you will now receive a reference number at the end of your inquiry. This reference number is the same as what you would receive if you spoke with a live representative. We encourage you to record this number for your records.

- Access claim status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Avoid wait times by obtaining the information you need without speaking to a live representative.

Create Provider Portal Prior Authorization Submissions
Prior authorizations can now be requested online via the Create Provider Portal. No phone calls, no faxes!
Initiating a request is straight forward and checking status of requests is simple. Case determination letters can be viewed, downloaded, and printed for your records.
