Our high-quality PPO network includes more than 500,000 providers in all specialties in 50 states and Puerto Rico, including hospitals, inpatient and outpatient services, urgent care centers and ambulatory centers. We have a provider retention rate of more than 90%, and most hospitals have been in our network for 10 to 15 years. We adhere to strict quality standards, credentialing, monitoring and re-credentialing according to National Committee for Quality Insurance (NCQA) guidelines.

If you don’t want to lease our entire network, you can choose part of it. We can custom-build a network according to ZIP code, provider type or any other criteria that works for your client.
