MagnaCare’s Network Rental – Coverage in NY and Across the Nation

The Problem

A Third Party Administrator (TPA) sought our help in finding a high-quality PPO network and hospital access for their client, a large commercial company based in New York State. But some of their employees lived out of state — 400 in Ohio and 60 in Florida. All these employees needed to be covered, of course. Did this situation present a problem?

The Strategy

No problem at all. For the bulk of the company employees, MagnaCare’s extensive healthcare network offered high-quality providers in New York at competitive rates, giving workers access to excellent doctors, hospitals, urgent care centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and more. As far as the multi-state employees were concerned, all we had to do was contact our national provider partners to provide first-rate networks in both Ohio and Florida.

The Results

One-stop shopping never looked so good to the TPA, which later announced that their client was extremely happy with the speed and ease with which our networks connected with their systems. Employees also reported high levels at satisfaction when they were able to find quality providers for themselves and their families in their local areas.

With 30 years of experience serving self-funded clients, MagnaCare provides everything you need to administer your health plan at a lower cost and with the greater customization that each individual company deserves.
